First thing is to repeal obamacare. That in itself would free up $900 billion right off the bat not to mention the long term expense of maintaining it.
Redundancies run rampant. Way too much of the same thing.
DHS/TSA can be cut out of the budget and the war expenditures just by bringing our men and women home.
There you go, debt ceiling crisis solved.
